The West Basin Municipal Water District Plant in Torrance delivers Title 22 water to the project site and converts it to industrial use by reverse osmosis/microfiltration for Mobil Refinery needs.
In addition, the team was required to monitor Health and Safety programs dictated by strict Mobil Refinery Safety Program Standards. Butier met the substantial completion date one day ahead of schedule, enabling delivery of tertiary effluent as planned without assessment of any liquidated damages.
