This project included phased demolition of existing treatment facilities and construction of advanced treatment processes within the boundaries of the OCWD and OCSD treatment site in Fountain Valley. Butier Engineering, Inc.'s responsibilities included inspection services for the following:
- Category 1 demolition
- Civil site/landscaping work
- Yard piping installation
- Screening facility and air gap and product water pump stations construction
- Category 2 demolition
