Butier was selected to provide construction management and inspection services for construction of a 2.0 million gallon, dual-bay hopper, buried concrete reservoir and upgrades to the existing Santiago Booster Pump Station (BPS). The Hidden Hills Reservoir will be located adjacent to a single-family residential development to the south and east and undeveloped Chino Hills State Park to the north.
The scope of work includes construction of the following:
- 2.0 million gallon buried concrete reservoir, piping and associated inlet, outlet, overflows and drain structures
- Approximately 1,500 lineal feet of 16-inch water transmission main and 18-inch storm drain within a new access road, including grading and paving as a proposed extension of Hidden Hills Road
- Upgrades to an existing pump station including new electrical circuits, conduit, cabinets and telemetry controls, pump replacements and various SCADA communication devices
