Gainey Ranch Tertiary Treatment

This 1.7-millon gallon plant was the first major advanced water treatment facility of significant capacity constructed by the City of Scottsdale. The City contracted Butier Engineering, Inc. to manage its construction and monitor the contractor and design engineer's inspection staff for conformance with the contract documents.
