OCWD Expansion of Seawater Intrusion Barrier Pipeline

Butier Engineering, Inc. provided construction management and inspection services for this project, which increased the capacity of the Talbert Seawater Intrusion Barrier in preparation for the increased GWR System flows. The project included removal of approximately 1,700 lineal feet of 24-inch diameter barrier in Ellis Avenue and installation of a new 30-inch diameter pipeline.
