Newport Trunk Sewer and Force Mains, Bitter Point Pump Station to Coast Trunk Sewer
Butier Engineering, Inc. was selected by Orange County Sanitation District to provide construction management and inspection services for the Newport Trunk Sewer and Force Mains project, consisting of the construction of two sanitary sewer force mains and a sanitary sewer gravity main.
Armstrong Trunk Sewer
Butier Engineering, Inc. provided inspection services during microtunneling operations for installation of approximately 4,000 feet of 27-inch pipe located some 25 feet belowground, and microtunneling of an additional 4,000 feet of 42-inch pipe.

Butier Engineering, Inc. provided resident engineering and inspection services during microtunneling operations for installation of approximately 6,132 linear feet of 36-inch vitrified clay pipe in East Broadway Avenue in the City of Long Beach.
Ocean Blvd. Peninsula Gravity Sewer Main Replacement Improvement Project
The EARTH TECH/Butier Engineering, Inc. team provided construction management and inspection services for microtunneling directional drilling and open trench construction along Ocean Boulevard.
Rancho Cucamonga Trunk Sewer
Butier Engineering, Inc. provided construction management and inspection services on 20,000 LF of trunk sewer varying from 36-inch VCP to 72-inch vinyl lined RCP. Work was accomplished within a tight schedule with four separate construction contracts running concurrently.
